How do I know what size ring to buy?

Do you sell quarter or half size rings?

The silicone used in each of our MMTM Rings is uniquely designed to comfortably expand to conform to your finger. This allows your ring to adapt to the size of your unique finger. For example: A size 9 MMTM Ring will fit any individual who currently wears a 9, 9.25, 9.5, 9.75 etc. It may feel slightly snug for the first week or so, but before long, you will be loving your new silicone ring.

Will my ring fit both hands?

You need to ensure that you measure the correct finger when selecting your ring size. If you are right-handed, you may find that your fingers on your right hand are a size larger than those on your left due to the stronger muscles. Your ring should still adapt and fit both hands, however, you may feel more comfortable buying the size specifically measured for the hand that you will be wearing it on most of the time. 

I’m pregnant. Will my ring size change throughout my pregnancy?

You may find that your swelling increases toward the end of your pregnancy, however the benefit of your MMTM means that the silicone will expand to accommodate your needs. The stretchy nature of the ring means that you do not need to fear the ring getting stuck on your finger if you do swell. If this is something you are particularly concerned about, you may wish to order one size up from your usual size as we do carry a number of sizes in the women’s range. 

Safety and Durability

Are MMTM Rings bio-compatible?

Yes, all MMTM rings are bio-compatible. Our rings are made from medical grade silicone. This means that nurses and doctors can safely wear a MMTM Ring at work and feel confident they are still adhering to all WHS regulations.

Are MMTM Rings safe if I work with machinery?

Unlike metal rings that can become snagged on items, MMTM Rings are designed with your safety in mind. Metal rings are known to be a hazard and are removed in a lot of work places. However, if your MMTM Ring gets caught, the silicone will break and free your finger. MMTM Rings are designed with this situation in mind, making it possible for laborers to wear a ring without compromising their personal safety. If you experience an event at work that causes your MMTM Ring to snap, please let us know. We will replace your MMTM Ring under warranty and we’d love to let others know how your MMTM Ring saved your finger!

Can you confirm that MMTM Rings are non-conductive?

Yes. If you are an electrician or work in another field where this is a concern, you can rest assured knowing that all of our MMTM Rings are non-conductive.

Questions Regarding Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All MMTM Rings are shipped from Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world-wide.

When can I expect to receive my order?

When you checkout, you will receive a number of shipping options, where the estimated time frame for arrival will be listed for you. 

Please keep in mind that these estimated time frames do not include our processing period, which can take up to 24 hours. For more details on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note, it may take 1 – 2 days after shipment for the tracking information to update.

What if I have not received an email confirmation of my order?

You should receive confirmation of your order at the checkout as well as receiving email confirmation within 10 minutes of your order being dispatched. If you received confirmation at the checkout that your order was placed but you have not received an email, please check your promotions/spam folder. 

Do you ship to military personnel on overseas deployments?

Yes. Momentum Rings is committed to supporting military personnel and first respondents alike. Shipping times may vary due to the added logistical framework but we will endeavor to get your MMTM Ring to you! Thank you for your service.

My order has not arrived. Is it coming?

All international shipments are subject to international customs clearance search and inspection. Most international orders are received within 8-10 business days. Some orders can arrive after that time frame due to reasons beyond our control. Please keep a copy of your tracking number that was emailed to you so that you can check the status of your order while it is being delivered. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please feel free to contact the team.
