To be able to use this conversion chart you first need to know your ring size.

Whilst Google seems to have all the answers, you’ll soon discover there are some slight discrepancies when it comes to ring size conversion. So skip the Googling. We’ve done the hard work for you to make it as easy as possible for you to find the best fit for your Momentum Ring.

What if I don’t know my size?

If you've never been professionally measured before or cannot remember your size, we’ve listed some other options below:

Option 1: Be like MacGyver

  1. Wrap a piece of string around your ring finger.
  2. Mark where the string first overlaps.
  3. Measure the string against a ruler.
  4. Find the circumference measurement in the link above that matches your measurement.

 

Option 2: Be a little sneaky

  1. Head to your nearest jeweler and pick out the nicest ring you can find. 
  2. Appear interested and ask the shop-assistant if they have that ring in your size. 
  3. They will help you find the correct size either through trial-and-error or by using a 'ring sizing tool'.
  4. Feign interest but acknowledge to yourself just how expensive and potentially hazardous their metal ring is. 
  5. Thank them, excuse yourself politely and tell them you will consider your purchase.
  6. Come straight home and buy your silicone ring from Momentum Rings!
  7. Mission success.

What else do I need to know about ring sizing?

Silicone, by its very nature, will stretch a little over time. So if you find that you are in-between sizes, we recommend you picking the smaller size ring. It will be a little tight at first but you'll find it'll grow with you and fit perfectly in a few days.

When using the MacGyver/String Method from Option 1, keep in mind that the fingers on your dominant hand will be slightly larger. Conduct the measurement on the finger you wish to wear the ring.

Fingers shrink a little in really cold weather. If you happen to be hitting the slopes to take advantage of fresh powder maybe wait until your body is back to room temperature before taking your measurement.

 

What if I didn’t get the right size?
